Venue Booking Desk is a managed service founded and run by Carlos Vargas, based in South Florida and serving venues nationwide. Carlos also runs Miami AI Agency, helping South Florida businesses put practical AI-assisted systems to work.
We started Venue Booking Desk on a simple observation: venue teams are at their busiest — hosting, touring, setting up — exactly when new inquiries deserve a fast, accurate answer. We build and manage the system that gives every inquiry that answer, using only information the venue approved.
What we will not do: invent a track record, publish customer logos or reviews we do not have, promise bookings or revenue, or claim we generate inquiries. We help you handle the inquiries you already receive. As real customers give permission to share their experience, we will publish it here — with their names on it.
