Privacy Policy

What we collect

Contact information you submit (name, email, venue, message), and, for client venues, inquiry information their potential customers provide (event type, date, guest count, budget range, contact details) solely to provide the service.

How we use it

To respond to you, provide and improve the service, schedule tours on a venue's authorized calendar, send reminders and follow-ups under the venue's rules, and prepare reports for that venue. We do not sell personal information.

Data separation

Each venue's records are kept separate and accessible only to that venue's authorized staff and our service team on a need-to-operate basis.

Sharing

With service providers required to operate (CRM, calendar, email, payment processing) under their terms, and when legally required.

Retention & your choices

Client venues may export their data and request deletion at cancellation, subject to legal retention needs. Individuals may opt out of follow-up at any time by replying to any message; opt-outs are honored immediately and recorded on a suppression list.

Security

Access controls, server-side secrets (never exposed in browser code), audit logs, and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected clients promptly of a confirmed breach affecting their data.
